Zandro Tumaliuan

Zandro boasts over 25 years of professional design expertise as a Senior Interior Designer. He brings extensive international hospitality design experience, having contributed to a wide range of hotel brands and destination properties across North America, the Middle East, and beyond. Zandro’s portfolio spans boutique and large-scale developments, where he has consistently delivered thoughtful, brand-driven environments that balance guest experience with operational performance. He earned his B.Sc in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and obtained a Certificate in Urban Design from Simon Fraser University. At HDI, Zandro takes charge of project scheduling, team leadership, and design direction. His forte lies in balancing innovative design solutions with the practical demands of timelines, budgets, and corporate objectives.

An avid traveler, Zandro rarely leaves home without his sketchbook, using sketching as an integral part of his creative process and approach to design.
