Janine Anderson

Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts from UBC and an Interior Design Degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University. With a passion for the creative arts and mathematics, she serves as Managing Partner at Hager Design, leading business operations, and strategic initiatives, driving growth through strong client partnerships, team leadership, and operational efficiency. With 15 years at HDI specializing in hospitality environments, she possesses extensive experience across large-scale hotel and senior living projects. A proven project leader, she is involved in all phases of the design process, from concept and design development through to construction documentation and coordination. Janine leads the senior design team in delivering results that align with client objectives and budgets while elevating the guest/resident experience through thoughtful, creative design descisions.
