The design concept for this adult living facility was to bring the modern home together with nature, creating a bright and elevated space which would ensure comfortable living for its residents.
The two-story large entrance to the facility features a grand staircase with floor-to-ceiling windows. This maximizes the light in the space and also connects residents and guests to views of the surrounding area. The wood floors carry from the entrance through to the main dining room which features a large floor-to-ceiling fireplace and two-story high windows with a refreshing but neutral colour palette with pops of teal for a modern and sophisticated feel.
The natural feeling carries into the other public spaces such as the bar, salon, private dining room and adjacent seating areas.
