To complement the HGI “Bloom” prototype guestrooms, the lobby and dining areas were elevated with rich-toned millwork, modern angular lighting, and cozy, textural furnishings. Dynamic accents like chevron patterns and refined finishes were layered throughout to strike a balance and deliver the upscale atmosphere the client envisioned.

Wood paneling with metal accents adds visual interest and continuity throughout the property, seamlessly connecting the lobby, lounge, and pre-function spaces. The central lounge is anchored by a two-sided fireplace and custom diamond-shaped pendants, creating a sophisticated, inviting ambiance that draws in both guests and locals. Dimmable lighting enhances the mood, transitioning the space into a more intimate setting by evening.

The hotel features a fine dining destination—Parkway Grille Bar & Restaurant. Rich materials like marble and leather seating elevate the space with a sense of understated luxury. Light, airy wall finishes ensure the restaurant transitions seamlessly from breakfast to evening service. Cream leather banquettes line the dining room, framing the space and offering intimate seating for families or groups.

The reception desk and bar showcase bold, back-lit onyx facades, offering a striking contrast to the darker walnut tones used in place of the lighter white oak typical of the HGI Bloom Prototype. Light walls are balanced by a rich palette of deep navy blues, golds, and teals, which are carried through the carpets, architectural screens, and furniture for a cohesive, elevated look.
