BAMBOO WORLD KITCHEN, MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Bamboo World Kitchen is a casual Vancouver eatery with two locations—South Granville Street and West Broadway—offering a globally inspired menu rooted in the idea of “kitchens from around the world,” as described by owner Sean Flynn. The bamboo concept is thoughtfully layered throughout the space, drawing on the natural and cultural influences of regions where bamboo flourishes, including the Pacific Northwest, Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Japan, Italy, and the Mediterranean.

A large world map made from locally recycled bamboo chopsticks centers the room, complemented by bamboo countertops, tabletops, and shelves. The sustainable theme extends to the serveware, including bamboo take-out boxes and cutlery.

Inspired by the natural and organic qualities of bamboo, the color palette used in the finishes and furniture radiates a refreshing vibe. Bright green monotone wall graphics accentuate the company's values and cuisine.
Striking diamond-shaped onyx tiles guide guests toward the service counter and pick-up area, adding a sense of movement and elegance that enhances the welcoming, visually engaging atmosphere.
