Aquara, developed by Element, is an all-inclusive, elegant retirement community. This seaside facility, offering the luxuries of a 5-star resort along with modern interior common areas, suites, and green spaces, is sure to be in high demand for the over-65 crowd in Victoria, BC.

Its rich colour pallet of blues, yellows, greens combined with brass accents, and marble-like surfaces enhance the interior architectural features. Grounding the finishes with a stately demask carpet pattern enriches the space offering a true luxurious and regal feel.

In addition, the muted earthy tones of the stone and wood throughout the common areas and suites embrace the natural surroundings of the Victoria harbour

In the café lounge, the impressive curved windows clad in a dark wood frame and mullions become the main focal point within the space and enables spectators to peer in to the dining room. This bright airy room is flooded with natural light, giving it a sunroom experience. With the space surrounded by glazing, it feels connected with the outdoor garden on the other side.

The suites tastefully designed with a bright, beach resort elegance. The millwork throughout is modern and streamlined, and each unit has warm, large plank vinyl floors giving the space an outdoor energy. The washrooms are fully accessible with large tiled, roll-in showers, custom warm wood vanities and light finishes.
