Interior Design

The Image Partner™ process was developed by Doris Hager 17 years ago.  The process was created to formalize the client's company objectives and instantly clarify project direction allowing us to crystallize the image moving forward and polarize any differences in direction.  Once completed, each of the eight phases offers the client greater communication and understanding of the design process combined with time and cost savings resulting in a successfully completed project.  Clients find that our process ensures that their projects are completed as per scope, schedule, and budget.  Our program will create intrinsic value for the client by providing focus and clarity for all of the components involved.

Property Management

The Portfolio Navigator™ is a staged process which develops a MasterPlan for corporations who manage several properties within their portfolios.  At each stage, Information is gathered from a wide range of sources, which is then compiled into a comprehensive, manageable, highly useful, informative report with the option of budget guidelines for the Client.  Our process summarizes in a cohesive manner all projected scope of works, relevant costs, recommended improvements and overall findings for each of the Client's properties. Our MasterPlan provides a road map for property improvements, which allows the Client to properly plan and execute future changes at the most appropriate time
