Our portfolio collection includes hotels – boutique and resorts, restaurants, pubs and bars, retail stores, commercial spaces and senior living centres. Although our specialty lies in hospitality and hotel design, we recognize each client and project is unique. Interior Design
Driven by our Image Partner™ Process, we offer complete interior design services including:

Procurement
Our procurement department offers a full range of product sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination and installation of all your hospitality furniture, fixture and equipment needs. Our team regularly attends trade shows and continues to research international suppliers keeping abreast of current and innovative products, suppliers and pricing. All aspects of the product are assessed to ensure that we promote only highest quality products with effective pricing tailored to suit your specific needs.

Project Management
As lead consultant coordinators, our team will focus on managing the detailed tasks required to execute a successful project. Our services include: budgeting (construction, operational, and FF&E costs); tender documents and packages, construction administration and coordination. Our goal is to coordinate all the various disciplines involved at each phase of the project while effectively managing the project status and deadlines. As project managers we will identify and foresee potential construction and logistical issues, which may affect the overall budget and project deadline.

Property Management
This service is in relation to our process - Portfolio Navigator™. Geared primarily towards clients who manage numerous properties, this service will consist of our team gathering a wide range of pertinent information pertaining to each property. The information is then filtered and presented in as a comprehensive and manageable strategic implementation plan. The document clearly outlines the projected scope of work, relevant costs and recommended improvements related to each property. This Portfolio MasterPlan becomes a vital tool for the client helping them to manage their property portfolio renovations.
